Free Mulch- 07/01/2008 - Free mulch from the City of Springfield Office of Public Works. Good batch, no weeds. Go to the Public Works Garage located at 17th Street off of Clear Lake Avenue. Pull in where the red brick building is and a staffer from that facility will direct you on where to go.
